Welcome to Northern Chile. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, governed by the Consumer Law (19.496) and the Personal Data Protection Law (21.719) of the Republic of Chile.
1. Reservations, Prices, and Payments
To confirm a reservation, full payment or the deposit indicated at checkout is required. All prices are in Chilean Pesos (CLP) and include VAT (19%). We accept Webpay Plus, QR, and international cards. The reservation is only perfected upon receipt of the voucher in your email.
2. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
IMPORTANT: Pursuant to article 3 bis, letter b) of Law No. 19.496, Northern Chile expressly declares that the right of withdrawal (unilateral regret without cause within 10 days) DOES NOT apply to the contracting of its tourism services. Refunds will be governed exclusively by our Cancellation Policies.
3. Health and Passenger Responsibility
Tours take place between 2,400 and 4,300 meters above sea level. It is the passenger's obligation to declare pre-existing medical conditions before booking. Northern Chile is not responsible for health problems derived from altitude if the client omitted such information. We reserve the right of admission for unsafe conduct or substance influence.
4. Conduct and 'Leave No Trace'
We strictly adhere to sustainable tourism principles. Extracting geological material, feeding wildlife, or leaving waste is prohibited. Non-compliance may result in expulsion from the tour without refund and reporting to authorities if applicable.
