Complying with Law 21.719, Northern Chile guarantees the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your personal data.

1. Data Controller and Consent

Northern Chile (San Pedro de Atacama) is the data controller for your data. The legal basis for processing is the execution of the tourism service contract and your explicit and informed consent at the time of booking.

2. Collected Data and Purpose

We collect: Identification (Name, ID/Passport), Contact (Email, Phone), and Health Data (only if relevant for altitude safety). The purpose is exclusively operational (booking management), commercial (sending vouchers), and safety. We do not transfer or sell data to third parties, except under legal obligation.

3. ARCOP Rights (Your Rights)

You have the right to: Access (know what data we have), Rectification (correct errors), Cancellation (delete your data), Opposition (refuse certain uses), and Portability (take your data). To exercise them, write to our Data Protection Officer at contacto@northernchile.com. We will respond within legal deadlines.

4. Security and Incident Notification

We implement SSL/TLS security protocols and restricted access. In the unlikely event of a security breach affecting your rights, we will notify the competent authority and those affected as stipulated in Law 21.719.
